The Next Chapter Collective is deeply grateful for the generosity of every individual, business, and community partner who chooses to support our mission. Your contributions help provide confidence, dignity, and opportunity to women navigating significant life transitions through our Wardrobe Grant Program.

By making a monetary or in-kind donation to The Next Chapter Collective, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Charitable Contributions

All donations are made voluntarily and become the property of The Next Chapter Collective upon acceptance. Donations are used to further the organization's charitable mission and may be applied where they are needed most, unless a donation is expressly designated for a specific approved purpose and accepted as such by the Organization.

Tax Deductibility

The Next Chapter Collective is organized and operated as a nonprofit organization. To the extent permitted by applicable law, monetary and eligible in-kind donations may qualify as charitable contributions for tax purposes. Donors are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution. The Organization does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.

Donation Receipts

An acknowledgment or receipt will be provided for eligible donations in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies. It is the donor's responsibility to retain donation records for tax and personal recordkeeping purposes.

Non-Refundable Donations

Unless otherwise required by law or approved by The Next Chapter Collective in its sole discretion, all donations are final and non-refundable. If a donation is made in error, donors should contact the Organization as soon as possible so the request can be reviewed.

Use of Funds

The Next Chapter Collective is committed to using donations responsibly and in furtherance of its charitable mission. Contributions may support wardrobe grants, program operations, outreach, fundraising efforts, administrative expenses, inventory acquisition, volunteer support, technology, or other mission-related activities as determined by the Organization's leadership and Board of Directors.

In-Kind Donations

The Organization reserves the right to accept or decline any donated item based on current program needs, condition, authenticity, safety, storage capacity, or other operational considerations. Acceptance of a donation does not guarantee that a donated item will be distributed directly to a recipient. Donated items may be used to support fundraising efforts, sold to generate funding for charitable programs, incorporated into wardrobe grants, or otherwise used in a manner that advances the mission of The Next Chapter Collective.

Donor Privacy

The Next Chapter Collective respects the privacy of its donors.
